Starting October 9, 2025, new payment transaction regulations—Verification of Payee—will come into effect.

For SEPA transfers, real-time transfers, standing orders, and scheduled transfers, the name of the payee will be verified by the bank.
This means that the recipient information provided in the transfer must match the data stored at the bank.

On January 9, 2025, Arnstädter Werkzeug- und Maschinenbau AG changed its legal form to Arnstädter Werkzeug- und Maschinenbau GmbH (AWM GmbH) while retaining its identity.

All existing contractual relationships will be taken over by AWM GmbH.

The new year begins actively for us, from AWM AG, with the first working day on January 4, 2021 and we face the new challenges in both business areas of special machine construction and mold making with full confidence.

With almost 19 million annual sales and the acquisition of new customers in 2020, we were able to successfully compete in the difficult market conditions.
