AWM receives funding for a consulting project

The Arnstädter Werkzeug- und Maschinenbau GmbH (AWM) has received funding from the Free State of Thuringia, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+).

 

As part of the project, a comprehensive KPI and monitoring system was implemented for the toolmaking division.

 

The system enables transparent management of costs, schedules, and quality, while providing a solid data foundation for informed management decisions.
